When I was still young (and I'm not saying that I'm too old now in saying that) I can still remember my mother struggling hard in organizing her clients, meetings, trippings, commissions, contacts, etc when it comes to her real estate profession. Yes, my mother had been a real estate agent for at least 5 years. The industry was doing very well at that time (not sure if it's still booming now). When I was still a kid, I can remember that my mother kept on tagging us (with my siblings) along in her trippings. We would reach almost all towns in the southern luzon area. My mother was soo busy then.
