Early this morning with sleeping attire still on, Randy and I, together with a friend, decided to go to this place where fishes are widely sold by indian fishermen at very low prices...I'm talking of Dhs10 for a 4-kilo to 6-kilo of any kind of fish...isn't that mouth-watering? So, we took a walk at the open beach which is just a stone's throw away from our villa. The place is not that nice, but really, the prices are soooo low. We also found other "kabayans" (as what we call our fellow filipinos here) there... What we just bought are hamour (lapu-lapu) and an arabic fish I'm not familiar with. Of course, I considered it as another photo opportunity!!!I have more pictures to post sana, kaso I'm pissed off with this internet connection! Darn! I can't post more pictures!
Then, we cooked sweet and sour fish using Lapu-lapu...hmm...tsalap!
To add more spice: Spot the "fly" in one of the pictures! heheheh... =)

hi lei.
good eye on the subjects kaso medyo underexposed. try adjusting the exposure 1 stop higher or increasing your ISO to 1 stop higher. tray variations with flash and without flash. and try to bounce or diffuse the flash as well to see the difference.
cheers!!
thanks for the inputs...actually, im really having a hard time with the exposures...I'll try to practice more on that.
and..sigh..I don't have a diffuser pa... hehehe...but Im planning to buy in the near future!
no worries. you will learn more on exposure and other tips on photography during class. basta practice lang. you're already doing well kaya dont worry. you've got great potential and im sure the instructors are gonna enjoy having you as a student kc eager ka to learn and explore.
cheers and see you soon...ei. kelan tayo photoshoot?!
the best thing to invest on especially if you're looking into portraits is an external flash. great help yun coz that built-in flash with the camera is too harsh sometimes. il show you the difference once we meet up.
