grabe...swerte mo me personal guide ka!! hihihihi im teaching you na kahit wala pa sa class!!

the shots here are good but take note of these pointers or guidelines for doing prenups/portraits.

1. location - always ensure to find a good location and ensure it is well conveyed in the portraits. there is no point in doing location shoots if you are not able to showcase the place.
2. weather - it is always a big concern. good weather makes a difference.
3. time - prenups or portraits are best done early in the morning by sunrise and during the golden hours, just before sunset. no photoshoots during midday. the light is too harsh and too damn hot too.
4. relationship - it is important to make your client comfortable during the shoot. laugh with them, make jokes. make them feel at ease and it will show in the pictures. nobody likes looking at awkward photos.
5. personality - in any portraits, the client's personality should stand out. so get to know your model and bring his/her personality to the image.
6. angle - find the best angle of your client. move around while taking a shot and see if there is a better looking angle. it makes a big difference.
7. use deflectors/reflectors during a photoshoot. it helps even out shadows and bring out the color of the skin. you can use car shield (the silver one) or illustration board (white side) for this. have your assistant hold it and see the difference.
8. follow the rule of thirds or at least let it guide you when composing an image.
9. and last but not the least, enjoy!!!
